Committee for Evaluation of Scientific Units carried out comprehensive evaluation of scientific, research and developmental activities of scientific centres. Our Faculty of Medicine was the only one out of all medical universities to obtain the top category A+ which indicates the highest scientific and research level across  the country.

The remaining MUL faculties were also positively assessed:

• Faculty of Pharmacy – B category
• Faculty of Biomedical Sciences and Postgraduate Training – A category
• Faculty of Health Sciences –  A category
• Faculty of Military Medicine – A category

The categories do not only reflect the quality of the units scientific activity but they also determine the level of financial support granted to fund their research potential.
