ADAM KWAPISZ: FIRST POLE NOMINATED TO THE ARTHROSCOPY ASSOCIATON OF NORTH AMERICA
We are pleased to inform you that Adam Kwapisz MD PhD, assistant professor at the Department of Orthopaedics and Paediatric Orthopaedics Medical University of Lodz is the first Pole to be nominated to join International Committee and Education Committee The Arthroscopy Association of North America. It is one of the world most prestigious associations in the scientific area.
Mr Kwapisz is also a member of the executive board of Polish Arthroscopic Society and the Chairman of Education and Scholarship Committee. As the first Pole in history he passed an exam in orthopaedics: SICOT Diploma, a world level examination. He is also the second in history to be elected to American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons (ASES), the world most prestigious organisation of shoulder and elbow surgery. Earlier Prof. Jarosław Fabiś, MD, PhD – head of the Department of Arthroscopy, Minimally Invasive Surgery and Sports Traumatology – joined the group of members of this Society.
