Currently, three large-scale infrastructure project are being operationalised in the Clinical and Didactic Centre, one of them being MOLecoLAB: Lodz Centre of Molecular Studies on Civilisation Diseases. The complex of top-class scientific laboratories to carry out biological and chemical research and analyses will be used for research and development schemes, for designing innovation products and for diagnostics & therapeutic services as well as undertaking cooperation with national and international industries.

Skanska S.A. is the general contractor for the project, which is funded under Regional Operational Program for Lodzkie 2014-2020.
