Among 30 scholarship holders, shortlisted from 500 applicants, in the national Health Protection Leaders programme organised by Leslaw Paga Fund, there are 5 representatives of MUL:

Wiktoria Dziewit (student at Faculty of Pharmacy),
Aleksander Kowal (Faculty of Medicine graduate),
Magdalena Łapka (student at Faculty of Pharmacy),
Natalia Skorzycka (student at Faculty of Public Health),
Adrian Suława (student at Faculty of Medicine).

For the first time in the history of the project, two 1^st places were awarded, our students are in both successful teams:

‘National plan to fight obesity and diabetes’ (case study Novo Nordisk) – Natalia Skorzycka and Wiktoria Dziewit,

‘Green hospital – a necessity or a whim” (case study by Philips) – Adrian Suława.

The objective of Health Protection Leaders programme is to provide training to competent, open to innovation and challenge staff that will manage health care providers and institutions.

The programme is composed of two months of intensive work: lectures, workshops run by medical sector leaders where the scholarship holders acquire practical knowledge of the specificity and functioning of the trade, solve business cases and engage in discussions with experts on the right directions for health care market development.

The programme operates under the honorary patronage of the Ministry of Health and National Health Fund.
