The Ceremony of Diploma Conferment to graduates in medicine and dentistry at the Faculty of Medicine , academic year 2023/2024 was held on 15 November 2024, in Aula 1000 at Didactic Centre of MUL.

Letters of congratulations were presented to graduates by Prof. Agnieszka Piastowska-Ciesielska MD PhD Vice-Rector for Science and  Prof. Monika Łukomska-Szymańska, Vice-Dean of the Faculty of medicine- head of the Dentistry Department.

The ceremony was participated by the invited guests:

Artur Ostrowski, member of the Board of the Łódź Voivodship, Tomasz Piotrowski, Vice-President of the City of Lodz, Prof. Jerzy Sokołowski, Dean (2008–2012) and Vice Dean (2012–2024) of Dentistry Division,  Patrycja Proc PhD, Member of the Presidium of the District Medical Council, Joanna Kunert MD, President of the Branch of the Polish Dental Society in Lodz,  Magdalena Kurowska, a representative of Lodz Branch of TUINTER Polska SA, and Katarzyna Kawka, a representative of Kuraray Noritake Polska.

During the gala, graduates were recognized for their outstanding academic achievements and contributions to student organizations. Those honoured included:

• Izabela Wiśniewska, Karolina Cieślak, Aleksandra Czerkawska (awarded for top exceptional results in their studies);
• Nina Szczepańska, Aleksander Sobczyk, Olga Żelazowska, Emilia Kosela-Utnicka, Marta Sielatycka, Kamil Wakar, Szymon Klimaszewski, Agata Błachowiak, Eliza Długopolska (recognised for their engagement in Lodz Branch of Polish Association of Dental Students);
• Aleksandra Domagała, Szymon Klimaszewski, Wojciech Kuligiewicz, Karolina Masztaler, Bartosz Mazur, Aleksandra Pietras, Karolina Wójtowicz, Aleksandra Wronisz (recognised for their acticitiy I Academic Sport Association);

Awards and distinctions were generously provided by the sponsors:Polish Dental Society and  Kuraray Noritake Polska.
